I'm not sure if this will work, but what if we were able to reform other people's immigration policy as well as ours?

What I mean to say is, people know that in 1st world countries they can find other people of the same culture and can speak their own language and practice their own religion without fear of prosecution.

If we could implement reforms like this in other countries and encouraged strong, healthy grown and infrastructure in these areas, we would be far better off. People would not make 20,000 mile journeys to Canada, USA, Europe, etc. but instead migrate more locally.

What do you guys think? Feel free to elaborate and add your ideas to this plan/idea.
