Sensei Mike doesn't know that I closely watch other kobudo students and practice my own free form, which means that he'll be a little surprised when I show up for his Kobudo classes in a few months... :twisted:

Had to train myself a bit, as there is no martial arts tonight. So just some basic drills and 20 or so push-ups and 30 sit ups...I don't wanna kill my abs again like last time, so I'm taking it a little easier today.....Working on flexibility too.....Some people call me a freak of nature because of it.... :twisted:
