I have a question to any and all Americans out there who insult Poutine.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't you guys all gung-ho about mashed potatoes with cheese and topped with gravy? What's the diff? Poutine has those exact three ingredients in it, but in another form, so why the hate?

Think about it.

Fries = potatoes

Cheese curds = cheese

Gravy = gravy

What I'm trying to say is: "Stop being so hypocritical, and blow it out your ass already."

Yummy poutine.... The best I've had in Ottawa (nothing beats the ones made in Quebec though, especially the ones at La Belle Province) was on the Ottawa U campus. The other places need a "culinary" lesson, that's for sure :lol:

I think I got the kitty pictures fixed, maybe they quit working cause I was stealing bandwidth from my son's journal??? Anyway I did it the proper way this time
