This is it, probably the most sought after award ever. The shining, gleaming trophy is worth stabbing your own mother and eating her hair just to get a grimy paw on it. This is the creme de la creme of cremes and creme-related items. You need it, you want it, you crave it more than a fist-sized diamond dripping with wishes.

And those folks, were the warm-ups. So, just what is the quote of the year? The quote of the year is something that I find to be a memorable quote that may not have contributed much in the way of the thread, but behold, the quote most responsible for me spitting out my Nestea Zero all over the monitor. It had shock value (a rarity for me and one of the contributing factors to its win), it had succinctness which still carried vitriol (nary a wasted word to be found) and it managed to support the winner's position AND libel the victim.
