it pisses me off when people call george w bush (or any other US president, for that matter) the "leader of the free world"
last time i checked, the "free world" is mainly comprised of democratic countries.
i didn't get to vote for bush, i didn't get to vote against him either.
so who decided that he should be my leader?
we value democracy very much in our culture, so what's with the undemocratic accolade?

not a fan of bush myself, anyone who "assumes" he is a leader and claims to be a man of "god" is someone the world needs to mistrust - reminds me of Waco - not be much of a difference between the two - both had followers - unfortunately in a modern world, he is glorified rather than shunned. enjoyed my visit - great blog
