Burger King Customer Hotline

Well, I finally got through to the customer hotline today. It took me 15 min of waiting on hold, but I was patient and got to speak my piece.
The agent I spoke with was apologetic about the whole situation and rather sympathetic. Of course, having worked in a call centre myself, that's how they train you to be...
She agreed that the bug in my burger was disgusting and that the manager had no right to accuse us of putting the bug there. She thought the store manager should have at least taken our phone number down and offered to call us the next morning. Now, the corporate head office in Florida will submit a report to the distrcit manager, who I was assured would get back to me.
I'm waiting...

fast food eh....but not fast enough to outrun that BUG.....uuuuuuuugggggggghhhhhhhhhhhh !!!!!!!!

Eeeew! Saw the bug!
Makes me glad we don't have a Burger King but I guess that could happen anywhere! 
Hope it didn't turn you off to fast food!
