I went to the premiere of this movie tonight.
It used the same animation techniques as Polar Express did a couple years ago, and I have to say, I don't particularily care for them. The characters look odd, although, I guess in this case, it makes sense. If I didn't know better, I'd think Tim Burton had a hand in this movie, as most ofthe characters reminded me of Jack from 'A Night Before Christmas'. The storyline is okay and the ending I thought was good, but I think it will be too scary for lots of younger children.
