James Cameron recently spoke with the Ain't it Cool website people and confirmed several people starrring in his upcoming Avatar movie. Some of it has already been shot in Hawaii.

The sci-fi action-adventure comes to theaters in summer 2009. It is the story of a wounded ex-marine, thrust unwillingly into an effort to settle and exploit an exotic planet rich in bio-diversity. He eventually changes sides to lead the indigenous race in a battle for survival.
