I did some digging and found these juicy tidbits about several upcoming superhero movies...
IGN FilmForce reports that Christopher Nolan talked about the Batman Begins sequel, The Dark Knight, at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood last night. Here's a clip:
When asked if District Attorney Harvey Dent – a.k.a. Batman's future nemesis Two-Face – would indeed be in the film, Nolan replied, "I don't want to go into too many specifics. Yes, he is."
IGN caught up with Nolan as he was exiting the event and asked if Dent had been cast. "Not yet." Would that actor be an American, an Aussie or a Brit? "You'll see," Nolan promised.
See the entire interview here.
Interview with Kirsten Dunst on Spiderman 3;
Spiderman 3 is currently in post-production and is scheduled to open next May 4th.
And last, but definitely not least, the new Ghost Rider trailer is now online!

Beau Garrett has been cast in Fantastic Four: Rise of The Silver Surfer, which Tim Story is directing for 20th Century Fox, says The Hollywood Reporter.
Ioan Gruffudd, Jessica Alba, Chris Evans, Michael Chiklis and Julian McMahon are reprising their roles for the adaptation of the long-running Marvel comics series, a follow-up to last year's Fantastic Four. Shooting is currently under way in Vancouver.
Garrett will play Frankie Raye, a scientist and love interest to Evans' character. In the comic she eventually gains super powers. Previously-announced Andre Braugher will play a general with the responsibility to capture the Silver Surfer.
Garrett has previously appeared in "Entourage" and makes her movie debut in Fox Atomic's Turistas.

Interview with Kirsten Dunst on Spiderman 3;

Asked about the conflicting reports on whether there may or may not have been additional shooting, Dunst said she had not done any more shooting since filming wrapped. "I haven't yet no, but I think there are some blue screen things. Nothing major."
Mary Jane Watson will be joined by Gwen Stacy (Bryce Dallas Howard) in the sequel who rivals her for Peter Parker's affections. Dunst said there was no competition on the set between the two, however.
"It's so funny. Everyone asks me that like it's a competitive thing, but Bryce and I got along better than anybody," she explained. "I was happy to have another girl to share all of that testosterone with. It was nice to come to set and have a girl to hang out with. Her character adds another type of woman that puts Peter in a position obviously with conflict with me and lying and this and all of those things just to create more drama in our relationships."
She also added that it was nice to have a year in between shooting Spidey 2 and 3.
"It was nice to have that year because I was really excited to go back to work again. I love working with Sam and coming back to a place where you know everybody which is a good thing because you're confident. You're not afraid to give your opinions on anything like lighting or whatever it is. You're there with your team again. It's a long movie so when you start doing the blue screen things and you're just lying there and reacting to all of these things and these long takes, you feel like you're losing your mind. But, when it comes to the scenes and Sam it's all about that for him. That doesn't feel like I'm making anything less important than this film."
