All three top movies this weekend were new films, brekaing a trend in which incumbents tended to hold the top spots. Will Smith's Pursuit of Happyness took first place with $27 million, while Fox's fantasy Eragon, took in 23.4 million in second place. Charlotte's Web rolled into third with a weak $12 million and Warner's Happy Feet placed in fourth, with $8.5 million and almost $150 million in its domestic run so far. The rom-com The Holiday rounded out the top five with $8.2 million.
