Stomp the Yard was able to hold first place this week again at $13.3 million. Night at the Museum also held steady in 2nd place with $12.9 million. Dreamgirls climbed one spot into third with $8.7 million. The only newcomer this weekend, a remake of the 1980's horror, The Hitcher, was in 4th with $8.2 million. Closing out the top five was Will Smith's Pursuit of Happyness with $6.7 million.

Just for Xerxes, coming off their Golden Globe success, Pan's Labyrinth almost doubled its total take ($10.1 million with a solid $.8 million this weekend for 7th place overall in North America.
