Disney's Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert Tour surprised everyone and nabbed 1st place with $31 million, while Lionsgate's The Eye opened in second with $12 million. 27 Dresses held onto 3rd with $8 million and Meet the Spartans dropped all the way to fourth with $7 million. Rambo, rounded out the top 5 with $7 million.
