The Incredible Hulk took first place with $54.5 million, while last week's #1, Kung Fu Panda, settled for 2nd, with $34.3 million. M. Night Shyamalan's latest, The Happening opened in third place with $30.5 million. Adam Sandler's You Don't Mess with the Zohan slipped into 4th with $16.4 million, and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull was fifth with $13.5 million
