Hello there my fellow Canadians

It has been a long time since I have been on this website, giving my opinions, and my side of life!!

I started off 2010 with a trip to the Philippines. I had never travelled outside Canada/USA since 1977. I had promised my wife (born there) that I would go there to meet all her family. Three words describe the trip "Good, Bad, Humbling"!!!!!!

I never heard any Canadian news over there since I do not have a laptop or any device like it, so it felt really odd not knowing what is going on. I will describe more of it later, but it is late.

I now know what they mean about appreciating your home country!!!

Hi Everybody!

Well, it is that time of year for me to go to New Brunswick again.
To celebrate number 46 (uugg!!), but that is life!

But this summer, I will be touring Newfoundland.
In 1999, I visited St Anthony and L'anse Meadows, but never east of Deerlake.

Now is time to tour all of NFLD, with my parents and wife.

So give all the Moosemeat, Cod, Lamb's Rum, and other goodies I like from there.
Only have 9 day, so I hope to see as much as possible!!

I am here in New Brunswick spending time with my parents and celebrating my birthday tomorrow.
45 WOW!!

Well, now that my best friend from Edmonton is here, and other friends are seeing me over the next three days, I guess I will have a few beers with people ( especially after picking up some cheap beer at the Quebec/NB border)!!!!!!
