October 21st, 2006 marks the first World Day to End the Silent Holocaust for awareness of survivors and remembrance of targeted individuals tortured and killed by organized stalkers using psychological warfare tactics and remote electromagnetic weaponry. An international coalition of targeted individuals will be launched at 11 a.m. EST/8 a.m. PST at the 1st Annual International Conference (via Telephone) to End the Silent Holocaust sponsored by Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance. Keynote Speakers at this conference include: noted biophysicist Robert Duncan, Dorothy Lay of the Lay Foundation, author Gloria Naylor and Derrick Robinson, Freedom from Covert Harassment and Surveillance Director.

Who Are The Victims?
They are your neighbors, friends and family members. They are whistleblowers targeted by corporations; human rights advocates targeted by oppressors; environmentalists targeted by cults, children targeted by pedophiles; homosexuals targeted by religious groups; women after separation targeted by for-hire gangs, dissidents targeted by multi-nationals and government workers. Generally, they are people of goodwill who were high-achievers. Some have ties to or are former members of the military. Many are unaware they are targets, only aware of ongoing “bad luck,” “mishaps” or devastating “accidents.” The issue is far more wide-ranging than acknowledged.

What is Organized Stalking?
Organized Stalking, sometimes called gang or terrorist stalking, involves multiple stalker’s repetitious, unwanted, well- planned intrusions to injure the target through ongoing persecution, vandalizing, stealing, entering target homes, workplace mobbing, gas-lighting and creative accidents. Every aspect of a target’s life is invaded and violated until the victim feels hopelessly isolated.

What is Remote Electronic Torture?
Targeted Individuals suffer deep, often irreversible pain and suffering from being tortured with remote non-lethal weapon attacks in a myriad of ways. Symptoms include severe head and/or chest pains; breathing problems; dizziness; sleep attacks or disturbance; difficulty concentrating; buzzing or clicking in the head; tinitus; peripheral neuropathy including sensory polyneuropathy (burning or tingling in limbs), autonomic neuropathy (pain in internal organs), and motor neuropathy (cramps, muscle spasms)… Diagnoses include “environmental diseases.” Prolonged exposure causes death.

In September 2006, Secretary of the U.S. Air Force, Michael Wynne reported non-lethal weapons for “crowd control”. Called directed energy weapons (DEWs), electromagnetic systems, psychotronics and electronic harassment, the 2001 the proposed U.S. Space Preservation Act refers to them as weapons “…directed at individual persons or targeted populations for the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control of such persons or populations.” Private individuals and gangs illegally acquire or make these weapons for a wide range of criminal activities. US Senator Daniel Inouye revealed existence of a well-funded shadowy government presently “above the law.”

What is Lethal Bullying?
Adult bullies organized in gangs covertly keep under surveillance, harass and torture victims day in and day out until the treatment kills them. Because this transnational crime is not publicly acknowledged and targets’ ordeal grossly misunderstood, victims cannot take legal action against known bully perpetrators. Many targets are declared mentally ill, some committed to mental facilities where attacks continue unabated, and some driven to Suicide. No mental or physical disease carries the full list of symptoms victims suffer. Psychologist Carole Smith has publicly recognized that directed energy weapons used on targets can and do mimic mental illness including “hearing voices” that direct action. If these weapons were classified, they are no longer. Too many innocent citizens are suffering and dying from their terrible effects.
