Let's see, this sounds familiar somehow? Could it be because it's the life that I am living now? What I have discovered is that my run in with the police seven years ago, resulted in more than I bargained for.

Now for anyone who has not read the seven year itch, (no that's not one of Dayseed's postings.) it was a blog entry about a run in with the corrupt cops from seven years ago, here is a quick recap.

Ok seven years ago, I was on my way home from the store, minding my own business, two cops came over to ask some question. (No it was not where the closest Tim Horten's was. Because we were right near one, and I could see several of their friends inside.) Apparently there was a counterfeiter in the area and I fit the description. Being the same gender, coat color, that's it.

After explaining that it was clearly not me, they decided that this could be cleared up by going back to the store. (Remember this is when I still thought the police were decent people and that the badge meant something, how naive.) Anyways, the male cop of the duo went into the store, while I waited with the female cop. While engaged in a little chit chat to pass the time, this cops goes on to say that the reason we arrested you today was... She never really got to finish because I interjected with, arrested, excuse me, you never said anything about being arrested, and you did not read me anything, so where is this coming from?

Anyways her male counterpart came back, to advise that the person they were looking for was about 20 years older, had dreads down her back and probably looked nothing like me, now a quick call to the store would have cleared this up before harassing me as I walked down the street, but then they would not have filled their monthly harassment quota's. (The one thing I rememeber really well about this, is that a third cop had looked into the back of the car, and said so that's the one eh? Tried convicted and judged. Like I wasn't a person. Then he had gone back to the donut shop.)

Anyways, so they were just about to all walk away, no apology, no remorse, and no clarification on this arrested bs. So I spent the next 10 minutes going over the understanding of the term and the little thing called procedure etc, etc, etc. Needless to say, they did end up reluctantly apologizing and left off with the impression that nothing would happen to the information.

So then as anyone reading my blogs would know, I attempted to file a police report late last year, regarding my gang stalking. I called to check if the report had been filed, only to find out from the officer who answer that no, there is no report filed, but we do have a record of your arrest for fraud under from this year, etc.

In a complete state of what. Remember as far as I know, I have a sparkling clean record, and this is not by accident. I have worked hard to have a clean record. However apparently what the crack cops did was they wrote if down as an arrest and immediate release for fraud under, noting that they had the wrong person. However this is only clear if you access another older computer system, apparently on the current computer system all that shows is arrested for fraud under.

So the cop was actually stunned by this revelation, me more than him, so he agreed that I should speak to his supervisor, who said it's no big deal, it was just a custody release, nothing to worry about, but you better get a copy of your records under freedom of information and get this expunged from your files, which you can do by writing to the chief of police.

So I got my files from freedom of information. That was a revelation. Not only is there report inaccurate, but the reports that I tried to file about community harassment are so distorted, that I now have to get those corrected as well. I mean they purposely screwed what I said, and there is no mention of community harassment, organised stalking, gang stalking or the fact that I have now confirmed it with 2 cops that there is such a program ongoing in the city. (Technically three cops, but two.) Anyways, so the report from seven years ago. (8 years now, cause we are in 2007.) says that they had read me my rights and that I had understood, etc, etc. Yeah right.

That was why we spent 10 minutes going over it, and them conceding that they had not, and that nothing would happen to my info, only to find out that they lied, and filed this garbage. So the first things the cops see under my name is this stupid report for fraud under, and I don't know what else the losers wrote in the notes.

So for the last seven, eight years, this has been out there, on purpose. When did my awareness of my harassment start, some time later that same year. The one might not have anything to do with the other, but if it's a coincidence it's huge one.

So back to Anthony Brina. Can I relate, could this happen to you, yes, because it's happening to me. I don't want to jump to any conclusions about this, but how many gang stalking targets, have listed corrupt cops at the heart of gang stalking, and also corrupt Masons? How many cops are Masons on the force or have ties?

It's all just interesting. So I thought I should share. This should probably be a blog posting itself, but it's just so much information over load, right now.
