Welcome to the Christmas edition of getting to know your friends.
i love these crazy list things, heres mine:
1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? Depends on the present but I prefer paper
2. Real tree or artificial? i do not have a tree this year but I helped put up 2 real ones
3. When do you put up the tree... mid December
4. When do you take the tree down? After January 6th but i sometimes leave it up until my birthday.
5. Do you like eggnog? Yup! With a lil brandy please.
6. Favorite gift received as a child? Ciccio Bello, Doll from Italy that talked, played tiny records
7. Do you have a nativity scene? Of course…. i should mention that i used to work in a Christmas shop so i have a lot of Christmas everything.
8. Hardest person to buy for? My mom, she has everything and wants nothing!
9. Easiest person to buy for? me!
10. Mail or email Christmas cards? Mail, i love beautiful cards more than crappy gifts
11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received? A “Group of Seven” print that was Re-Gifted to me after i bought it for him.
12. Favorite Christmas Movie? It’s a Wonderful Life
13. When do you start shopping for Christmas? December
14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? No
15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? Panetone…. The chocolate one especially
16. Clear lights or colored on the tree? Clear
17. Favorite Christmas song? “Grown Up Christmas Wish”, Amy Grant
18. Travel at Christmas or stay home? Stay Home
19. Can you name all of Santa's reindeers? Dasher, Dancer, Prancer,Vixen, Donner, Comet and Cupid ….. Wait a sec….what about Rudolph?
20. Angel on the tree top or a star? Star
21. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning? Eve
22. Most annoying thing about this time of year? Not enough time for everything and everybody
23. Does Santa leave the gifts wrapped or unwrapped? Wrapped
24. Do you have Jesus in your heart this Christmas? Of course

1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? Depends on the present but I prefer paper. I kinda like wrapping gifts now that I've gotten the hang of it.
2. Real tree or artificial? Artificial. Why kill a real tree?
3. When do you put up the tree... Whenever. Anytime between last week of November to Christmas eve. If I'm around to do it, of course.
4. When do you take the tree down? Before New Year's.
5. Do you like eggnog? Yes. Straight up or with some rum. My mom makes a kick ass eggnog that hits the spot in middle of summer.
6. Favorite gift received as a child? Anything that wasn't clothes.
7. Do you have a nativity scene? No.
8. Hardest person to buy for? I don't buy many.
9. Easiest person to buy for? me! Me too!
10. Mail or email Christmas cards? Emails. I've only done the card mailing gig only once.
11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received? One gift that I won't mention publicly.
12. Favorite Christmas Movie? National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation is far and away the best Christmas movie ever.
13. When do you start shopping for Christmas? Whenever.
14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? Kinda. A prize/gift from a staff party was given away the next year.
15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? Food. Yulecoga, lefse, sand tarts, turkey.
16. Clear lights or colored on the tree? Either or.
17. Favorite Christmas song? Little Drummer Boy
18. Travel at Christmas or stay home? Stay home.
19. Can you name all of Santa's reindeers? Probably not. Dasher and Dancer and Prancer and Vixen, Comet and Cupid and Donner and Blitzen, and Rudolph. Hey! Don't tell anyone, but I sang the song in my head.
20. Angel on the tree top or a star? Angel
21. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning? Whenever.
22. Most annoying thing about this time of year? Crowds. Stress.
23. Does Santa leave the gifts wrapped or unwrapped? Wrapped

1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? Wrapping defineatly. I enjoy wrapping the gift and getting it to look nice. I can wrap anything.
2. Real tree or artificial? Artificial. Taking care of a real tree is not worth the bother. If it is for the fragrance then there are enough other ways to get the smells of Christmas.
3. When do you put up the tree? Early to mid December, when the spirit moves me.
4. When do you take the tree down? Close to the end of January on a weekend.
5. Do you like eggnog? Yes make mine with dark rum.(Yum!)
6. Favorite gift received as a child? I will have to think on that one. Isn’t that sad, I just can’t recall. I do remember the year I got ski equipment. That was great Christmas.
7. Do you have a nativity scene? I remember one was always around when I was a kid but no not in the past years.
8. Hardest person to buy for? Just about all my immediate family, but fun to fugure it out.
9. Easiest person to buy for? My aunt she is developmentally challenged so I have to figure out what she needs and the gift is not always a fun item but more practical.
10. Mail or email Christmas cards? E-mail, I usually put together an end of season report on family comings and goings for uncles, aunts and the rest to make a Christmas\New Year contact. I would like to do Christmas cards but I guess I am not that organised.
11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received? Three novels I had no interest in, from my brother. If you give books or music you should be sure of the recipients interests or just give a gift card\certificate.
12. Favorite Christmas Movie? A Christmas Carol with Alistair Sims, the original in black & white (Not colorized)
13. When do you start shopping for Christmas? The first weekend in December, unless I see the perfect item for someone earlier.
14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? Yes
15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? EVERYTHING!!!! Too much to put here.
16. Clear lights or colored on the tree? The new lights are multi color. I would like to some year have a “Designer tree” one year with just one or two colors of lights and coordinating decorations.
17. Favorite Christmas song? So many to choose from. The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting on an open fire…) sung by Karen Carpenter.
18. Travel at Christmas or stay home? Travel only if it is to family otherwise home.
19. Can you name all of Santa's reindeers? Of Course! I am one of Santa’s helpers.
20. Angel on the tree top or a star? Alternates from year to year.
21. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning? Morning
22. Most annoying thing about this time of year? People get in nasty. (probably from getting over tired & stressed)
23. Does Santa leave the gifts wrapped or unwrapped? Wrapped of course!
24. Do you have Jesus in your heart this Christmas? In my own way, Yes.

9. Easiest person to buy for? Me.

11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received? A silver cat figurine.
12. Favorite Christmas Movie? Don't have one really. I will say a White Christmas because Bing Crosby is awesome.
13. When do you start shopping for Christmas? December
14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? No
15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? Terry's chocolate orange.
16. Clear lights or colored on the tree? Coloured
17. Favorite Christmas song? Grandma got run over by a reindeer. Seriously, Little drummer boy by David Bowie and Bing Crosby.
18. Travel at Christmas or stay home? Stay home.
19. Can you name all of Santa's reindeers? Nope.
20. Angel on the tree top or a star? A star.
21. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning? Normally morning, but this year we did eve.
22. Most annoying thing about this time of year? The drivers.
23. Does Santa leave the gifts wrapped or unwrapped? unwrapped.
24. Do you have Jesus in your heart this Christmas? Nope.
