I've always known....

....that I was good at "unintentional" demolition - a 69 Montego, a 71 Chev Pick-up, a 5 ton delivery truck, my left knee, my left shoulder, a picnic table (who knew they fall apart while youre water skiing on them ), the neighbours tin tool shed after trying to jump my Sears Glider over it, one Sears Glider, several egos and last, but not least, my right hand that tranformed into a human maraca after repeatedly bouncing it off of someones skull but I'm finding this "intentional" stuff a little more difficult.
I guess the reason MAY be that I'm trying to leave the rest of the bathroom intact (for now anyway) while tearing out a 40 year old built in shower stall; wrecking bar and hammer in hand I've been taking this thing apart piece by piece when all I REALLY want to do is grab the 50 lb sledge and swing for the fences.
There is ONE consolation tho... the floor and the footer are BOTH cement and that can only mean ONE THING...

Hmmmmmm that sidewalk back to the garbage cans is lookin kinda shoddy too...

I can't even count the times I've done something similar... 
I can almost hear you doing the Tim Allen "Grunt" sound right now, as you ponder the joys of power tools...

I know they're trained to do what they do, Wil. But that's part of the problem - don't you see? HUMAN BEINGS ARE BEING TRAINED TO KILL OTHER HUMAN BEINGS. I don't agree that the U.S. had good intentions at all when they invaded Iraq; Bush wanted oil, and that's all it was ever about, my friend. It was never about bringing democracy to a country that has consistently begged the troops to get out of their country. Why are they still there? When will it ever end? WILL it ever end?
Don't apologize for posting that video, Wil. I don't accept your apology. People NEED to see it! How else are we going to wake up to what's really going on unless we see things like that? How else are we going to get mad and DO something about it, unless we see the things that will reach inside our guts and make us mad enough to FIND a way to do something about it?
No, my friend, what you did was a GOOD thing, not a bad thing, and I'm grateful to you for posting it. You've found something that reached inside the very core of my humanity, touched it, and set it afire. I needed that. MANY MORE PEOPLE need it, too...
