Good Grief!!
Anyone who has said that to us is:
- Uncaring and not paying attention
- simply opinionated - or -
- on the side of opposition
and as the board and I have discussed: not our allies or friend(s)

What we couldn't afford was one vehicule after another, after another, after another, after another - on account of vandalism. (from June 2005 - July 2007, we've had 27 vehicules that either wheels fell off of, brakes let go - that's been a popular one holes to the rads, brake fluid poored down the gas tank and other creative "coincidences")

What we couldn't afford was one flat tire after another and another and another (and another and another... and .... since june 2005, we've gone through 32 tires)

What we couldn't afford was the money spent on Vet bills and gas to travel 140 kms each round trip, due to harm brought to the animals, due to people's malice.

What we couldn't afford was being brought to court over trickery - time off work (loss of salary), travelling 160 kms round trips (gas) to go to court.

What we couldn't afford was the cost of Lawyers on top of the time for several appointments (more loss of salary) and the gas to travel 160 kms round trip(s).

And for not just one court case, but for three!

What we couldn't afford after paying off half the price of the TWO homes, was to lose them, to lose the roof over our head - the finances and labor that went into them - on account of greed and trickery! It's a great thing that property value has tripled or even quatripled, but to "find" a loup hole because the written and witnessed agreements weren't registered at land titles, well that's just greed AND to top it off, as it states in the court papers, because of the shelter. And there is so much left unsaid on this issue that will be left for another time.

What we couldn't afford to lose and leave behind was the new front door, the new screen door and the back door.
What we couldn't afford to lose and to leave behind, was the NEW 6' Cedar fence, posts and grids. (I did in fact remove half that wasn't attached to the pens and the RC's paid me a visit due to a complaint - for something that was mine and I did no damage in the removal - talk about greed!)

What we couldn't afford was to lose the greenhouse. What we couldn't afford was to lose the new windows etc. and all the supplies put into repairs on both houses.

What we couldn't afford was the wood and supplies it took to build the store in the garage.

What we couldn't afford was to replace the door on the camper due to tresspassing, break and enter, vandalism and "someone" stepping on a newborn's head while tresspassing - causing death - out of sheer malice and it has come to my attention, that an RC was in fact present as the excuse was "the perfitrators" thought my animals were in danger!!! (3 in the camper, 1 waiting to birth, 2 had birthed) - sheer malice.
What we couldn't afford was the intruders scaring a tiny female, so much so that she hindered birthing (ladies, what would it be like to fight contractions???) and that her uterus hardened like an egg shell!!! consequently causing still births that cost $600 on an emergency visit PLUS the gas for the 140 odd kms on the round trip and visits to make sure everything was ok and that she was healing!

And pleeeaase, let's not forget what went on with my both credit cards, my debit card and Paypal - everything has a paper trail!!! (let alone the hacking of my website and use of my id and altering of my personal stuff)

What we couldn't afford was visiting the licence bureau to renew a licence that was refused because of a vehicule -that had been sold but was not registered by the new owner - who then abandoned the vehicule claiming it was not theirs but ours! (the same people who i helped with their animals and who did everything to get the spotlight off of what they were doing with their animals - denying they weren't theirs but mine, then calling the cops on me 3-4 weeks later when i "returned" the huge garbage bin they made me to "keep their cats" out of my garbage - how conveniently their ownership all changed)

Then the time spent to dig up the Bill of Sale and to return again to the licence bureau with the proof (150 kms round trip x 2)- so we could have our registration renewed and not be driving illegally - would we have been charged? Of course! Was the person who did that - charged? Of course not - even though we had the bill of sale written in their handwriting.

What we couldn't afford was the vehicule that was abandoned in the alley of my daughter's old house - by the same people as above mentioned) during the wee hours (with several calls made to Bylaw and the Village in complaint directly there after - later on that morning) so that the original vehicule owner (who is on our Board) had to travel from Calgary (300 kms round trip) to have the vehicule towed away from in behind my daughters (towing costs and gas to travel 300 kms) - after it had been stripped of parts that were needed by the "suspect" - all in the name of malice and harm to bring nothing but trouble. (the tow truck driver knew exactly what was going on and delivered it right through a ditch and on the door step of the person who did that - and was repremanded by the law for his actions, however, the trouble maker(s) got away with it!!!!!! (the tow truck driver was 62 yrs old, but as fed up as we were over all the incidences that has occured up to that point!)

What we couldn't afford was the finances that entailed one illegal action after another - yet, no justice was served and the more they got away with, the more they did. Why wouldn't they when they had endorsement!?

What we couldn't afford was the extra $1,200 we paid on this house here, when in fact "rent" cannot be charged on a condemned home - I did agree to paying the house insurance but was never shown any receipts.... and while I was ever so grateful, thinking that people cared - and boasted the good points, the down side is: travelling 50 kms every second day to take a shower (gas) and what a bitch it was in -20 and -30 weather to come from a hot shower into the cold. Or leaving the stove on 24 hrs a day - to heat the house and to heat water (very slow process) just to be able to clean. Or how about the cost of water because the water here is no good and the cost of gas to go get it - when we were told the water here was good. Or how about having no heat when I was told there would be and how about the $800 - $1,200 electric bills in the winter months, on top of propane for the propane heaters, wood for the fireplace and the gas to go get all that.
Who can afford to travel 50 kms (gas) to do laundry, popping in $30-$40 a shot every week when I have 2 washing machines (one for animal bedding and one for people's stuff)? on account of the water not being any good and can't even flush the toilet unless it's done with buckets of water???!!!

Doing the taxes and going through all the receipts is just making me madder and madder!!!!!
And Kat (LOVE YA GAL!) a single mom, 26 yrs old, travelling every weekend (300 kms round trips - cost of gas and time AND she is a certified Book Keeper), with the paperwork (can't leave it around here, I did say we were going back to 2002 and oddly enough there's hardly any paperwork left - it was all in the camper!!! - but I do have a print out of the Vet Bills and some of the food receipts that were loose in an envelope to be sorted) who has the time and money for all of these things?
And yes, these should have been done a long time ago, yet with so much going on and sooo much time wasted on things that should have never happened - who could have buckled down and had the time to get into them. I've moved 5 times since 2003.

Who has the strength to haul 30-40 gallons of water a day since 2003? (the second home I bought into had a serious problem with the sewage that I was told would be repaired and when we went to court the homeowner played stupid and denied knowing - then tried to sue me for $25,000 for damages - then after getting ahold of the privacy act commissioner, it came out that a month after I took over the house - that I had village employees come to attempt to fix the problem that wasn't fixable without a back hoe, removal of old trees and new pipes!!!) So in all reality, I've been hauling water since 2003!!!
And in point, why are homes like this on the market in the first place? Why are slumlords getting away with such things?
And why when things like this are brought to attention, is nothing done, they are just put back up on the market?

I don't appreciate being set up for failure!!!
I don't appreciate being made out to be the trouble maker and having trouble brought to my family for no damn good reason.
I can hardly wait till the taxes are completed and my files in order.
If folks thought I was whining, well, so be it.
They are no friends of mine!
None of this should have ever happened!
It did and now it's time to take care of it allllll.

What we couldn't afford was the malice intent and illegal actions of people who for some reason, have gotten away with it all - till now.
anyone who knows me, knows that I will not stop now until ALL of this is exposed and something done about the people who did their very best to set me up for failure and literally steal, vandalize and create sheer havic and suffering!
(my daughter and I can take care of ourselves, but they had NO right to pick on my grandson!!! - that's it!)

I've said it for awhile and avoided taking further action, I don't like people who bring out this side of me. It will take several more months to rectify all of this, but the beauty is, things will get turned around and justice will prevail... Who could afford half of what we've had to pay on account of trickery, lies, gossip and malice acts - AND FOR WHAT?
