I got news saturday that no one could reach my mom since early Friday....
My mom "lived" in Dartmouth Nova Scotia, the place where I was born and my sis in ontario and my neice in n.s. called the Dartmouth Police yesterday and asked that they do a goodwill check in on my mom - the door was chained from inside, so they had to break the door in and unfortunately she had passed away sometime fri-sat - she'd fallen, banged her head and passed away. I haven't seen her since 1988.
I will not be able to attend her funeral.
May she be at peace....
