In my previous entry I wrote about Animal Abuse that I deal with and crimes against my family - no one involved with these incidences wants me to post these pictures and my pc has been so hacked that I now have a port opened and keep getting hit.... all 5 of our personal animals were dead in under 3 yrs of moving to the rural village where all out troubles began -
Misty (spayed and had her shots) survived on the streets of Montreal, then Calgary but did not last 6 months in the rural village - she was almost 16 yrs old, at the time of incident explained in previous post, prior to all her backside skin falling off in spite of the vigorous efforts of the caring Vet(s) who saved her... I did not have the heart to take pictures in worse condition however the vet can vouch that all her skin on her backside, literally rotted off from the Dog's saliva - so much so that you could see the bones of her limbs. She had 2 or 3 tubes to help drain in hopes that her skin wouldn't rot, but it did. In this pic, you can see one of the tubes coming out of her near her tail. (over 100 stitches later, she survived 4 months but was too old to endure such pain and died on my Grandosn's Birthday!!!! 'Nd even tho we had the description of the youth who brought the dog, the youth's licence plate # and vehicule description, the local law enforcement did absolutely nothing (a member of the local MLA's family was involved! - go figure!)
my daughter with Misty and my grandson - two of whom hurt the most when she was assaulted!!!
Next is Bud, our Shephard Doby Cross who was poisoned with anti freeze and did not survive. (back in a sec i keep getting booted)
Next is Lady, our Shephard Cross who was getting poisoned along side Bud, however she lasted another 6 months - but the damage had already been done. Here she is seen with Fritz (background) who was 15 at the time of this picture

Lady was spayed and was 7 yrs old in this pic. Fritz the ol boy in the background was also neutered and had his shots
Fluffy, was my grandson's cat - she was 4 yrs old when she was poisoned and even though we rushed to the vet, we could not save her!
By 2002, I began sheltering critters and one of the first we brought in that was people injured was Lucky who had to have his tail cut off due to gangerean. Lucky is see in the forefront (fully grown, the shortness of his tail can be seen)

Lucky and his brother "ser" are both neutered and have their first shots.
Spazz, was found at the recycling depot, her tail was broken in TWO places and the tip was missing. She had healed and the Vet said that there was no great concerns as she had adjusted well. She was also showing signs of Rhinotracteitis (as most of the animals in the village were) IT appears kids put her in a box with the Canadian Flag and she was wearing a collar - we posted signs with her pic after attending to her health, however they just got ripped down. She almost died. Spazz is now Spayed and has her first shots
Jumper, was shot in the neck, under his ear - someone wanted to make sure his injury was fatal. He's also missing a tip off one of his ears which we believe is because it froze off. He was very mistrusting of the hand and bit me 3 times - determined not to take anymore abuse - after the 3rd time, he never bit me again! Instead this guy thinks he's a dog and prefers to take long walks, gives hugs and jumps at the door to do his business outside (he dislikes litter boxes, but uses them when he has to). Jumper is on the waiting list to be neutered.
Big Tat was purposely hit before my eyes, literally chased by 2 pick up trucks, punks about 18-19, looking for amusement. How this poor old bugger managed to live, well amazes me to this day! He was about 9 yrs old when he was chased and struck down. As he rolled under the tires, he consequently lost 3 paws, the tip of his tail and his shoulder was broken. He has since healed thanks to antibiotics but it took almost 3 yrs to get close to this guy - I trapped him in dec/05 and since that time he has grown to nto only trust me, but now he greets me by bumping heads - he's about 11 yrs old now - going on 12. Big Tat is neutered.
Meet Molly, a 10 yr old PET who had been breeding every single heat from the time she was 6-7 months old!! Molly's owner came to see me, describing that Molly was flat out on the floor for 2 days near a heat vent. She had a severe case of Mastitis (teats were rotted) and had 3 very hungry kittens. I monitored Molly with the help of a Vet Tech who use to sponsor me and administered Clavimox to assist in bursting the infection. She looks great in this pic in comparison to what she looked like when she broke open. You can still see her tiny teats amidst the incision created when the infection left her body. IT took time for this ol' gal to heal an din spite of a commitment from her owner to have her spayed... pooe Molly was in fact pregnant before she totally healed. I managed to save her 2 lower abdomen teats - I don't know what the outcome was with her kittens.
'nd for the hell of it, this pic for some reason - always struck home with me - these kittens were a part of 16 animals we scouped in one shot - most were spayed and neutered in my care - 3 are still on the waiting list!
Now I've just described and shown pics 10 (11 animals) in under 5 yrs. I have other stories and pics but those I've saved for the book... The village where these pics were taken began with 358 residents and is now at approx 380 - pretty sad for such a small place.
Every community has strays or abandoned animals - what's important is how they deal with it - things there were being dealt with neglect and abuse - but not anymore if I can help it - ANY moral support would help, it's not easy to deal with - my choice and I stick by it - but please read the previous post and maybe you'll understand why I need support and the hell my family and I have been through, just because we help the critters... I'm normal, but the situation isn't and the more that know about it - the better - the previous post explains the hardship and how we've been targeted. It's high time, I Show these pics.
My family's personal pets did not deserve such horrible fates - they are sadly missed and always remembered... please lend your support!!!! I sure need it in such trying times.
