Before we went offline, we contacted several agencies to assist in Spay Neuter clinics (State side, some have vans that are basic operating quarters and they go around to areas on designated days - to perform inexpensive spay and neuter operations..)
I started a petition for Spay Neuter Clinics in Canada just before going offline too and now, I'd like to promote it to the max!

Last year, in B.C. they opened the first ever clinic to help residents with the cost of spaying and neutering, we're impressed.
More signatures are needed!
