How is this a broken promise? The mission as we know it today will end. A new, purely training one will commence afterwards. And last I checked it is training and development have been pushed as areas we need to be concentrating on. I really don't see where you can find a problem with this.

If the girl is underaged, then she is considered incapable of giving consent, therefore, it is a sexual assault, because the teacher is an adult and the student is a minor. If that is the case, then the teacher should have to register as a sex offender, because she is one. I can't say it any plaine...

So looks like things at my old high school are staying rather interesting. I remeber this teacher, never saw this coming.
