| The US forgein policy hasnt always been what it is today. Or for the past 20-50 years. Sticking thier nose in other peoples business wasnt always priority number 1....like it is now. | From time to time I have had problems with hotmail and logging into messenger. There have been a few times they work on certain databases and only certain people are affected. This could be one of those times.... or it could just be another microshaft joke. They like making things and then remaking ... |

Torrents are still in the 'realm' of illegalness, but if you are only sharing legal content, or non restricted content, then I wouldnt worry about it to much. Do it though.
