What land do Indiann want? Which individual does it belong to? Who gave it to you? Who did you steal it from? If you just claimed it then I can do the same.

The Royal Proclamation of 1763 claimed all the land for the British crown and how its laws were to be applied ; including giving native Indian hunting rights at the crowns plesure. -That is what it did .
