Not everyone who needs a nurse is in a hospital, Brenda, and nurses work in many places... they're not limited to hospitals. I see although if the taxes are raised then the homless can be watched by nurses or voulenteers if they are mentally chalanged and if they can live in a low budget housing arangment they can mabye start to have a better life. I can't belive the mayor of Toronto. Let me say that even though i live in the GTA I still care about Toronto and with all the taxes and money he gets instead of spending it on what he thinks the city wants how about he spends it on something usefull.
