Hi Highlander.. I'm on Fort Road by Belvedere station. Don't know what work will be like for the next while as I am changing jobs but I would be up for it. Are you in the garrison? Maybe 97 st Timmys or 127 st would be convenient geographically. See if you get any responses. My profile has my email. Webpage has a picture. Yes I am a long-haired hippy freak conservative. This only adds to my confusion lol.
I promise not to drool on myself in public.

I'd be glad to hook-up at a Timmys somewhere, but I'm away for the next week on vacation.

Living on campus...in a crappy tent...shining shoes for a few shillings so I can pay for my ridiculously over-priced and over-rated engineering degree.

i no longer live in the north end of edmonton....thank gawd for that...geeze what a messed up place to live in. Clareview would be nice but it would take too long for me to get to work.

but since i haven't been around...i moved to the southside of edmonton a few days before me and my fiance took off to calgary. We live out by southgate now. i love this area. it's so nice.

but yeah, i think going to timmy's with a few canada ka members would be cool. downtown would be good for me.

The Strathcona Legion is only a couple blocks from the High Level diner. On 81st Ave, 105st, near Calgary trail (Across from the Purple Onion). The coffee's always on, the food is good and the beer is cheap. (Don't know if they still have a kitchen, it's been a couple years since I've been there). Near Kingsway the Jasper Place Legion, across from the Royal Alec hospital, is beautiful.

Men in uniform get in no questions asked, Members can bring a couple guests each, and if you call them ahead of time, you can book private space away from everyone.

I...don't...believe....you Ash! I don't think there is a 'better part' to 118 ave.lol

I live 118-82 st. Yup, jus poke my head out the front door and whistle for service!

I'm mobile so anywhere works for me. Like the camping idea too.

Did anyone go? I enjoyed it very much. My Christmas list is now full for the next twenty years. Mrs SprCForr showed me what she likes and wants on her next car. Since it'll be a 5-6-7 Chevy, it suits me just fine.
