How about coronation? 3 smaller outfits doing a 10 inch poly water line here and a summers worth of work?

And I must say....the gals here are prettier then the gals in three hills or trochu.

Hey Zig, is this an irrigation project?

Slave Lake is about 2 1/2 hours north of Edmonton. You could do a round trip between brekkie and lunch! Lots of fishing, hunting, camping. Small town with most of the major amenities.

If you're going to Slave you could try EOS (Exact Oilfield Services). They are normally a pretty buisy company.

Slave is a nice town but it has gotten pretty expensive in the last few years. I call it little Fort Mac. There's lots of work but not much in the way of housing.

As for the town it self it has pretty much everything you could want. The last time I was there (about a year ago) they had just started on the Walmart.

Ok, someone out that way has a dream of irrigating that area. They've been talking about it for 10 years now. The oringinal price tag was $350M, can't even imagine what it would cost now a days.
