So I was really bored last night and started to cartoon myself.



I took a very basic trace of my face then the rest is free hand so that's why the look is very jagged and "cut up".

I think next I am going to try landscape pictures.

It is very simple but time consuming. This took about 6 hours. If you have Photoshop or Illustrator I would recommend trying it as its great for avatars, facebook, ect.

And I am not a drawer so it's even worse for me because for some reason I just can't comprehend it.

It's why I draw little logos and Maple Leaves and shit - I can't draw people.

Pisses me off cause everyone else my age should move to Japan and release their own drawn-in-a-day-and-already-a-fucking-masterpiece graphic novels.

Then I'm just sitting in the corner. With my amazing ability to... draw Maple Leaves.

Not bad... Did you trace? Just kidding. (I can't freehand draw on the computer either, I don't have a tablet.)

Also, for my avatars and sigs, I always use my trusty pirated copy of Adobe Flash CS4, I've been using Flash since I was fricken 14, not a chance in hell I'm paying $600 for it, haha.

Yeah I used pirated Master Collection for a while till I got into school. Then I had to buy the program $2,300.

And this is 100% freehand...without using Shift.
