don't confuse gas with oil, can you put oil straight into your gas tank?
the wholesale price of gas was at 95 cents a US gallon(US funds) in December and has been rising ever since.

thats 34 cents a liter(US funds)convert that to Canadian funds and add tax pertaining to your region (BC means a whole lot of tax

Oil consumption has only dropped 10% because of the recession and gasoline consumption has dropped less than 2 % in the last 12 months. Considering that we should be amazed that gasoline and oil are so cheap.
