Hey guys,

I live in the rural areas of Ontario. We plan to start a sports club in our residential area. This thought was there for a few years. But I guess, this is the right time to put forward the idea. This will give a unique platform for our local sports lovers. As we had no idea of *Mod Edit* we consulted one such service provider. They explained the procedures and suggested using the best and easiest platform available. Even though we plan to start a small one, we have plans to expand it later.

Has anyone done online incorporation in Ontario recently? What are the procedures to be followed and how long it takes to complete the process? What factors does the cost of incorporation depend on? Please share your knowledge.
