Karla Homulka could write a book and make millions. There would be one inconvenience has she would probably have to have it published in Bermuda so that the Royalties get seized, if she manages to get her criminal record erased then the only people screwed would be the victims families.

It would not be allowed, as with Colin Thatcher all proceeds of his book went to victims' services, IIRC.
