It got merged into the Wiki leaks thread but that thread is focused on US issues. This was, properly, a US-Canada relations topic. Oh well.

Your link was the problem.
It didn't go to the story, just to the redirect NYT sign up page. If anyone made a comment on the link it went nowhere so I deleted it last night.
Also since we don't need a new page for every new leaked story we are going to merge all of them to the existing thread which has been re-titled, so all new "Leaks" should be put in there to start off with.
