General question, not really going anywhere with this...
Was just interested in finding out where the majority of political influence stands in this site.
Thanks
(I tried to get a poll up, but i'm too stupid so I can't figure out how to use it )

I try to keep my political leanings a secret, Nate.
Of course being new here, you wouldn't get the joke there.

Cool. I consider myself conservative, as well.
So are you an actual member of the conservative party of Canada or just a supporter?

I voted NDP for these main reasons:
1. I liked their platform
2. The local candidate was my PoliSci prof a few years ago and I know him well.
3. The local Conservative MP is one of those people the party has to tell to shut up during the election (It's Randy White by the way. You may have heard some comments he made about using hte notwithstanding clause)
4. Abbotsford is a bible belt hell-hole, so it idn't matter which non-Tory party I voted for.

No political party! I read the platforms and compare the politicians.
I think in Canada, I might be center or slightly right of center.
Down here in Jesus land I'm deafinatly to the left!!
I do the Absentee Ballot thing.

Red Tory / Centrist (with a moderate left lean) – I vote Liberal (although I wasn't a fan of Chretien)

I voted Rhino party once. I loved their idea of building two ramps. One from Newfoundland down to BC and the other back from BC to Newfoundland. Their idea was that you could get on a skateboard and coast from coast to coast.
