I have noticed quite a few people trying, and failing to add pictures to their news submissions. The only format allowed to add a picture is .jpg or .jpeg. When you add a picture the URL address MUST end in jpg, if the address is longer, but still contains jpg in it you have to back space everything after jpg before submitting it. I hope this will help, as I am getting tired of seeing those ugly black boxes for pics.

All they got to do is 'free download' ReaConverter 5.5 pro. Converts pics from BMP to JPG etc.

Thanks Yogi but, I think the main thing is that the URL address has got to end in jpg or jpeg. If the pic is not a jpg image you get an message informing you of the fact. If it is in jpg, but is followed by other info the picture is still accepted but comes out blank.

Hyack is correct, the system is fairly picky right now. Its on my list to improve it to allow any picture format.
