Why not change the situation around and annex the United States. You kicked the hell out of the Americans in 1812, why not continue the good work. You Have could Hawaii,Cape May beach in New Jersey and Florida. The only problem you would have is the flatulence generated in Washington. They do tend to lay it on rather thick in there; perhaps it could be developed into an energy resource.

I suggest doing this in steps.

We could start with New England first, Maine, Massachusetts, Vermont, Connecticut, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. We can leave New York for later. This would be the province of New England.
Alaska next and Hawaii. Then move down from north to south, annexing them in groups, leaving out the ones we don't really want.
