I had a work friend who had 2 kids separated by 18 months and breast fed both of them. She explained to me that she was in her mid-20s, and had next to nothing left up there... 2 small flaps. She couldn't show herself in a bathing suit anymore.

She had a breast augmentation but only to a B-cup, that is, close to what she had before she had kids.

That much is certain. And the fake ones do provide an enhanced and dramatic profile while clothed so it's not like they're a bad thing. Regardless of everything else, it's a win-win scenario for me and I get to go home happy.

I got 16. Funny, the ones I got wrong were ones that I guessed were real but were actually fake. I never guessed wrong on the real ones. There's some good surgeons out there.
