Hi Everybdoy,
One of my friends wants to apply for immigration to Canada in skilled worker category. He has 2 years of experience in one of the 29 on demand jobs but his degree from the university is different than the job that he worked on and is not in the list of on demand jobs.(For example it is Masters in Metallurgy) Is he still eligible to apply?

If he's white and speaks concise, fluent English, then no.

But if he is a visible minority approaching retirement age he's more than welcome and we'll give him his old age pension. :?
