That Geddy Lee was something ugly though. Jesus, what a beak.

Oh. My. God. He really is. I saw them a month ago at Rexall. They had three jumbotrons behind them, and I can't remember whch song it was, but when the chorus got really loud they focussed way in on Geddy's face and lit everything up in crimson red. I kind of jumped.

There's a few good songs on Snakes and Arrows, but the instrumentals are the best.

It's a lot like their last few albums; very strong lyrically, but not musically.

Yes. Unfortunately, when I'm listening to music, the music is more important to me. Not that I don't appreciate the lyrics, but their newer stuff is just a bit too noisy to be able to pay attention to the lyrics. The Larger Bowl and Bravest Face have a good mix of music and lyrics though.

But the instrumentals are awesome. I love the crunch in the guitar bit starting at about 2:34 in The Main Monkey Business. He tweaked the guitar bits in Witch Hunt to get the same crunch when they played it on tour. That song always sends shivers down my spine, and this was an excellent perfomance of it.
