Didn't think of tactics, couldn't have been too hard to recreate them though if you actually wanted to know what happened, few loose lipped officers is all it would take to put it together.
Generally, it's not officers but historians who end up revealing most things. Not as active treason, but just academic curiosity is all. I frankly never ascribe treason to academic historians for the simple reason that if something is top secret how would they know?
Indeed, after 60 years generally you should just give up on hiding tactics, most are likely useless due to tech and the few good ones likely got pieced together a while ago.
