Chretien did so to the howls of the CPC. BUT, there were only two pieces of legislation still before Parliament and he was turning over the reins to Martin.

Harper prorogued Parliament with 34 pieces still unheard; just about half of the session's agenda.

You say you love a good political discussion but you are showing only contempt for discussion and for those who would like to discuss.

I have yet to see anything from you other than obstruction.
