The picture I posted was from Blackadder the III. Laurie played a rather buffoonish George, Prince of Wales (soon to be George III). I remember him best from the Blackadder series and the Stuart Little movies.

Either way, I seems unlikely it will escalate into anything like last year's fracas. From what I've been reading, this breakaway group is only a few hundred guys in one town in the north of the country.
And Tricks you gotta check out Blackadder. It's hard to find on this side of the Atlantic, but it is frickin' hilarious.
