How ? Their motto is "Doing what's best for Quebec" yet they keep voting no, no, no to every bill even if it's for the the best interests of Quebec. The Bloc is only there to do what's best for THEM: attempting to make sure the federal system doesn't work so they can say "See! Canada doesn't work!"

You know very well that the Bloc vote yes on some bill and no on other! And if it was not for them we would probably not be in Canada anymore! You can actually say that they make Canada work!

You see Procu the Bloc give an illusion of fair and safe representation to many in Québec. Without them we would have had a conservative government with a very divided and infective opposition.
