But if you must make this a serious matter...

That is a blog. The America article, is a actual scientific American survey. Not political or anything.

This, is political.

Canada's Healthcare has it's problems, yes. But the "Here's America" had literally NOTHING to do with Canada. We were mentioned once in the article.

YOU are thinking that Canadians are somehow making this a Pro-Canadian issue. Far from it, we know Canada has problems.

If anything, the "Here's America" is Anti-North America and Pro-Europe.

And nothing your little Libertarian blog says can convince me that Canadian healthcare is worse then America's,

Ahahahha, what a desperate grab to try and reassure your American pride!

Re-read my post.

EUROPE has the best Healthcare in the world. Not Canada, and definitely not the USA.

YOU are the one convinced your country has the best Healthcare in the world. You are the blind one, my friend.

You need to loosen up and smell the morphine!

24 hours in an ER only to die before you get to see a doctor?

Like I said before, your system is much better for secondary care and those waiting that long are because its non-life threatening or secondary care.

Again, we should be learning from each others system.

Interestingly American government spending on health care is the same as Canadian as a percentage of GDP - 6.5%. The US outspends the rest of the world on Healthcare while Canada is ahead of Europe.

Yet America spends twice as much per person for healthcare spending then we do and thats assuming your %GDP stats are correct. They probably are as they have a greater GDP then us but devote more to other reasons.

The figures are always circulating and slightly changing. American spending on Health Care is 14% of GDP with the government component 6.5%. Canada is 10.5% and 6.5%. There's actually a agency that calculates these Canadian figures. Interestingly UK spending is only 7% of GDP total but waiting times there are reportedly not good.
