Wow - 7 threads that are political - out of how many total that I have started (I won't even compare your 'partisan' thread count to mine)?
Yeah, I'm your evil Liberal shadow alright...
I freely admit I've posted all of that - but it's mostly as a counter to dreck you've been spitting out. You want debate, fine. Just remember that debate is TWO (or more) dissenting POVs, not just yours.
Finally, I've already said I don't like Harper (and I wouldn't - yet you expect me to post praise for someone I don't like? Tell you what, I'll start posting praise for him when you do the same for Iggy, Layton or May (screw Duceppe, the damned separatist). I won't hold my breath waiting for that...Like I've said several times - if ALL you are going to post is anti-Liberal/anti-Conservative bile, then expect to get called out as a partisan - and a rabid one at that (great term EB).
We're talking about my posts in the political forum being partisan. Almost all of yours in the politics forum are partisan as well. We're not talking about other posts in other sections.
Further, some of your posts came well before the election and well before I posted any topics about anything on this election. Hell, you make an anti-Harper post last July!
90% of your posts in the political sections are anti-Harper. You're just as partisan as the next guy yet you think cause you post in other topics that makes you less partisan?
Your posting history in the political sections speak for itself.
I've posted 6 Anti-Liberal pro-CPC topics in the last year.
You've posted 7 Anti-CPC topics in the last year.
So next time you feel the need to call someone out, perhaps you should look in the mirror an examine what you've been posting as well.
You're still not understanding me.
The problem isn't that your starting anti-Liberal threads (anyone can post wahtever the hell they want) - it's that, just like Rev Blair and Winnipegger, that's all you do, AND you only do so during election times. At least hardcore partisans like Ridenrain and Streaker had the balls to be a regular and post all year long - AND contributed to other conversations around here.
But like Rev Blair (thank god he's not around this election) and Winnipegger, once the election is over, you do neither and odds are you'll both disappear into the ether until the next election.
Even worse, you act like a bully and tell people not to post in the threads you do start (like you did to EB yesterday).
Newsflash - that's not your job, it's the mods, and if they want to stop that, it's their decision, not yours.
Yes, I've posted anti-Harper stuff for a long time - but I've also posted a helluva lot of other stuff here too (how many threads have you started since last July that weren't related to politics?) - that's the point which you seem incapable of understanding.
And finally, yes I have posted half a dozen or so anti-Harper/Anti-Conservative things during this election, which as I said, were mostly reactions to posts like "Ignatief says I'm American 22 times in 2 minutes" and all the rest of your stuff. As I said, debate is a TWO-WAY street - both sides get to talk, not just you.
Take a look into the F-35 threads - I may be against its purchase, but its not because of cost or sole-sourcing like the Liberals here - I'm against it because I think it's the wrong plane. Frankly, I don't give a damn how much the next plane costs, as long as it's the right one for Canada.
So go ahead and spam the forums by posting links to Conservative attack ads on Youtube or criticising Iggy and/or Layton for being tax and spend maniacs, or anything else you want.
But it won't stop regulars here (myself, Zip, Hurley, Eyebrock, Raydan and anyone else) from lobbing back criticism in your direction for being a one trick pony and only showing up for a few weeks every couple of years.
