I won't leave.Karla will be the one leaving because I can be a very annoying neighbour to her by playing loud music at night and letting my dog use her yard to do his business.I will also bring down the value of her home by making my place a wreck( Unmowed and Unmaintained yard with old cars and garbage laying around)When trimming my trees, I will let the branches fall in her yard so she will have to pick them up.

I guess you are right but my house value will go down because of her.Is there a way I could be compensated for my financial loss because of her or should I sue her, the justice department, or "repo" some of her stuff and pawn it for cash off of EBay or a pawn shop to make up for my loss?
