It's not a reasonable goal to end partisanship. It is a reasonable goal to be partisan in a more factual, thoughtful, and commutative way. Instead of "Layton is dumb." how about "Layton failed to consider these important points..." Instead of "Socialism is made of fail." how about "Socialism fails to take advantage of personal ambition into a socially beneficial force the way free market economics does." Instead of only telling those who agree with you, tell a crowd of mixed and diverse ideologies. It's still partisan, but now it's meaningful, too.
