Just use the usual Government of Canada logo.

Does the Conservative government not consider themselves as the Government of Canada?

I would agree that the Government of Canada logo should have been on the cheque unless it was money given directly by the Conservative party. I know when I get a tax refund or write a tax cheque it isn;t to or from the Conservative party.
