Here's a United Way study that points out 40% of Toronto apartment dwellers are below the poverty line. The actual figure is that 46% of Toronto rents and some 40% of the people in apartments above five stories are poor. I knew poverty was high but you don't actually see it. I guessed the situation in apartments was not good. I congratulate the Mandarins that manage the city.

The place is a dump. The leaders have allowed it to become a big shithole. It's not exactly Capitalism's fault. It took management to wreck Canada's premier city.

Give it 4 years and then see how shitty it gets. As Rob Ford sees it, the first step to a major fix-up project is to voluntarily slash the budget, the workforce and the revenue required to do it.

...Just kidding, Rob Ford doesn't want to fix-up anything.
