GoogleDocs (view pdf, and doc files online with Google Docs)

Flashblock (Prevents flash applets from loading until I click on them)

GoogleMail Checker Plus (Notifies me about incoming Gmail)

Google Voice (Make and receive phone calls, and SMS messages)

Keep My Opt-Outs (Permanently opts out of online ad personalization via cookies)

UserAgent Switcher (To tell broken websites that I use IE so they will let me view their content)
